Cranebrook High School has been participating in the Archibull Prize for the past three years. The Archibull Prize is an innovative and fun program which provides our student participants with opportunities to meet young farmers and engage in genuine farm experiences, gain knowledge and skills about the production of the food they eat, fibres they use and the environment they live in.
Quality teaching and learning is our core business at Cranebrook High School and each student is supported to achieve their personal best in all aspects of school life. Classes and programs are structured to meet the needs of students and cater for a wide range of learners. We believe participating in the Archibull Prize gives our students a unique opportunity to enhance their employability skills as the program promotes teamwork, problem solving, initiative and enterprise, planning and organising, self-management, learning, and technology.
The Archibull Prize also enhances the ability our students and teachers to work together with parents, caregivers and community members to create a positive learning environment that prepares students to be contributing members of our society.
